Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Asad Malik Photography (“the Photographer”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and any person or entity (“the Client”, “you”, “your”) engaging our services. By booking or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Services” refers to wedding photography, videography, drone filming, editing, and related services provided by Asad Malik Photography.
“Deliverables” refers to the final edited photographs, videos, or albums supplied to the Client.
“Booking” refers to the reservation of services for a specific date, confirmed by payment of a deposit.

2. Booking and Deposit

All bookings must be confirmed by payment of a non-refundable deposit of fifty per cent (50%) of the total fee.
A booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received in cleared funds. Unsecured dates may be released.
The remaining balance is due on or before the event day. Failure to pay may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing.
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, the Client remains liable for the full balance.
If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or accident), a full refund will be issued. Our liability is limited to this refund only.

4. Services and Delivery

We agree to provide services with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism.
Final deliverables will be delivered within seven (7) days of the event unless otherwise agreed.
Deliverables may be provided via digital gallery, USB, or other agreed methods.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

All copyrights remain the property of Asad Malik Photography.
Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial use only.
Deliverables may not be sold, licensed, or commercially published without written consent.
We reserve the right to use images or footage for promotional or portfolio purposes unless the Client objects in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client must obtain all necessary permissions for photography/videography at the venue.
The Client must provide reasonable access and conditions for the Photographer and team.
The Client is responsible for ensuring safety of the team and equipment on site.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue rules).
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or equipment failure.

9. Website Usage

All website content (text, images, videos, logos) is the property of Asad Malik Photography and protected by copyright law.
Users may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and take effect immediately.
